SHIPPING

Please note that all purchases will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks of ordering.

Unless you are requesting a custom piece, which will take 14 days to produce followed by delivery time, depending on your location.

All purchases made in the UK will be dispatched via Track and Sign for Royal Mail 1st Class, unless otherwise specified.

All other purchases made outside the UK will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class, track and signed for, unless otherwise notified.

Heather Borg is not responsible for loss or damages during the transportation of your product within the postage system.

Each piece is made to order so please refer to the product description on each product page.

If there is a valid reason for a refund to be issued, such as a fault with the product. Then it must be returned within 7 days of receiving.

Custom orders are non refundable unless the product is faulty.

We aim to resolve any issues you may have with the product you have purchased as soon as possible with the best outcome.
